At Winsor Primary School we work closely with graduates interested in joining the teaching profession through year-long School Direct (salaried and non-salaried) and PGCE teacher training courses run by East London Alliance SCITT based at Tollgate Primary School.

As a trainee teacher you will have access to invaluable school and classroom practice that will equip you with the knowledge, skills and experience you will need to become an excellent classroom teacher.

During your time with us, you will be supported by course tutors as well as in-school mentors in order to ensure that you feel confident, well-informed and supported in your teaching practice.
